My name is Kenny Rushing, and I’ve been a real estate investor here in Tampa, Florida, for about 27 years.

I recently closed on a loan with DKC Lending. Austin really made this deal come together seamlessly. As an owner builder and Licensed GC it was difficult to find a construction loan to build my personal house. From the initial call to the closing, Austin was very efficient and responsive. I have used lenders previously while in New York and this transaction was far superior and professional all the way around.
