DKC Lending saved our lives when my husband and I found ourselves in a major bind 1/2 way through our new residential home new construction as Owner/Builders and found out the hard way when we ran out of money that NO regular bank loans construction loans 1/2 way through a project with owner/builders. We seriously didn't know what to do as our dream home was put on hold. We found DKC through our broker and they were willing to take us on. We just finally completed our DREAM HOME and every single person from their office was amazing. Highly HIGHLY recommend. I was in a very difficult situation trying to repair my credit and get financing on my property that needed a lot of work, and lots of high interest debt I needed to pay off. I was not able to get a traditional loan. DKC was able to secure funding for me. The process was fast. The staff was helpful, and they were available any time to answer questions. I highly recommend
